Two Traffic Accidents Kill Three People Monday

The Arkansas State Police reports a pair of fatality accidents in the region on Monday. 

The first accident occurred Monday afternoon in Searcy County when a pickup vs. 18-wheeler crash occurred on Highway 65 in Leslie that claimed the life of 47-year-old Julie Ann Jackson of Dennard. The driver of the 18-wheeler, 39-year Deandra Stantell Robinson of Louisiana was taken to North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison for treatment of her injuries. 

Meanwhile, another pick-up vs. 18-wheeler accident results in two deaths in Madison County. The pick-up, driven by 45-year-old Chad Price of Huntsville, crossed Highway 412 and struck the 18-wheeler. Price and a passenger in his truck, 45-year-old Tosha McGill of Gravette, were killed in the accident that took place in snowy and wet conditions Monday night. 

529 people have died in traffic accidents worked by the Arkansas State Police in 2022.
