Marion County Man Arrested on Several Charges

A Marion County man has been arrested on multiple sexual related charges in two cases. Sixty-year-old Wesley Allen Kelley of Peel is facing a total of six felony charges.

According to the probable cause affidavit in one case, the Arkansas State Police Crimes Against Children Hotline received a call about two victims being sexually assaulted by Kelley. The victims were interviewed at Grandma’s House, a child advocacy center in Harrison.

The oldest victim, who is 14, said she had been inappropriately touched by Kelley at his residence. She said she and her younger sister had both been assaulted by Kelley multiple times. She alleges Kelley also made her watch sexually explicit material on his computer. The victim also says Kelley told her not to tell anyone. Charges for those incidents include sexual grooming of a child and sexual assault in the second degree.

In a separate case, Kelley is facing three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault in the second degree. The files in that case have been ordered sealed by the court.

Kelley is free on bond.
