A Searcy County man is facing multiple charges after a search warrant found multiple firearms and narcotics.
According to the Searcy County Sheriff’s Office, a search warrant was conducted at a residence off of Peacock Trail belonging to suspect Stan Treat in a joint investigation with the 20th Judicial Task Force.
During the search, numerous firearms, narcotics and pieces of drug paraphernalia were seized. Treat, who is a convicted felon, was taken into custody without incident. He is charged with possession with intent to deliver, operating a drug premises, possession of drug paraphernalia, proximity to certain facilities, possession of firearms by certain persons, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and criminal use of prohibited weapons.
Treat is currently being held in the Searcy County Detention Center awaiting an appearance in the Searcy County Circuit Court.
