Projects are moving forward in Harrison, Arkansas, according to Harrison Mayor Jerry Jackson.
Jackson discussed a few projects during KHOZ's "Around The Table" on Tuesday. The city will bid on the bridge across from Main Street on Sept. 20. Another project involves laying new asphalt from Sept. 25 through Sept. 26.
Donna Braymer, the city's communications manager joined the broadcast too. She said impacted streets include Bunker and others. Later, the mayor discussed the Creekside Community Center.
"Creekside's coming along just perfect," Jackson said. He said the project is "on schedule" for phases one through three to open next spring.
"Two weeks from now the building is going to arrive for the aquatics." More was discussed during the broadcast.
