A pair of Boil Orders for area Water Companies remain in place.
According to the Arkansas Department of Health, the boil order for Alpena Waterworks was issued due to a construction related water line break.
The order affects the area starting at the 300 block of West Hill Street and extends east to Highway 412, and from Highway 412 extending to Highway 62 to Denver Road.
Meanwhile an order also remains in place for the entire Pyatt Waterworks System. The boil order was issued due to a large collection of different kinds of bacteria in the system which could lead to E. Coli contamination.
All customers in the effected areas are encouraged to boil water before consumption or before being used for food preparation.
