Level 3 sex offender new to Boone County.
According to a notification from the Boone County Sheriff’s Office a registered sex offender has recently moved into the Valley Springs area.
Timothy Ross Fredrick is listed as a level 3 high risk sex offender on the Arkansas Crime Information Center (ACIC) webpage.
The ACIC defines a level 3 sex offender as follows: “Typically offenders in this category have a history of repeat sexual offending, and/or strong antisocial, violent or predatory personality characteristics. These are individuals whose offense and criminal history require notification throughout the community.”
Fredrick is listed as a white male with blonde hair, glasses, and blue eyes. His sexual crime is listed as incest.
According to court documents Fredrick entered a negotiated plea of guilty to incest, a class C felony, in January of 2017. The Crime was committed in April of 2016. He was sentenced to 60 months in prison and several hundred dollars in fines.
ACIC shows that Fredrick is living in the 8300 block of Meadow Lane in Valley Springs.
