Harrison Mayor Jerry Jackson talked Wednesday about wrapping up his first term as mayor.
Jackson appeared on KHOZ's "Around The Table" on Wednesday to discuss the month of December and looking ahead. He said a council meeting happens on Dec. 22. A new council member is set to be picked. "That's probably the biggest deal," Jackson said. He also discussed future projects.
He said all he's thinking about is "moving forward." Jackson said he needs to publish a document about his vision for the upcoming term. "You're going to see so much more done in the next for years than you have in the last four years," he said. He said several projects in progress will reach the finish line in the next four years.
The reelected mayor highlighted the new City Hall as an important accomplishment. Jackson also commented on Goblin Drive, roundabouts and more.
Later, Jackson spoke about water leaks and efforts to monitor the loss of millions of gallons of water.
