Jason F. Tennant, President and Chief Lending Officer, CS Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Mrs. Mickey Belle Shields-Manley to the position of Assistant Vice President / Marketing Director for the locally owned and operated bank. Mickey Belle will continue to oversee all aspects of CS Bank’s marketing and brand advancements for the bank.
Tennant stated, “Every now and then, a person and a job come together to be the perfect fit. Mickey Belle Manley has fit her role with our bank family from the beginning. Her tireless efforts to make our bank’s marketing and digital banking presence come to the top of the market has made us even better. We are excited to watch Mickey Belle grow as a banker and help lead us to even greater heights.”
In addition to the role she plays at CS Bank, Mickey Belle also serves on the American Bankers Association, Bank Marketing School Advisory Board, as well as the Arkansas Bankers Association Marketing and Engagement Committee.
CS Bank is a $550 million-dollar bank with seven locations throughout Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri with plans for continued expansion, including a second location in South Harrison.
