The three-person race for District 10 Judge, which covers Baxter and Marion counties, is down to two people after one of the candidates has dropped out. Bob Lowery made the announcement Tuesday.

In the announcement posted by KTLO, Lowery said he is dropping out for health reasons.

With Lowery withdrawing from the race, Jodi Carney and Sam Pasthing are looking to fill the position currently held by Judge Christopher Carter who was appointed to fill the position following former judge Jason Duffy’s resignation in October.

Baxter County and Circuit Clerk Canda Reese tells KTLO that the ballots for the primary election are already completed, so voters will still see Lowery’s name on the ballot.

The complete story can be read on the KTLO Website.
