John Boozman on Important Issues

US Senator for Arkansas John Boozman talked Thursday about voting considerations.

Boozman appeared on KHOZ's "Around The Table" on Thursday to discuss the matter. The senator's position is on the ballot this Nov. every six years. Boozman said he thinks inflation and the cost of living are top things voters will have in mind when exercising their voting rights.

The senator said the current situation with high prices and inflation led to people losing their "disposable income." "Everybody's got more month than they do paycheck, and because of that it's very, very difficult," Boozman said. The senator also commented on the solution to the problem.

"Seldom do you have a huge issue where the solution is staring you in the face, and one of the biggest aspects of that solution is encouraging oil and gas production," he said. He said that the American economy is based on fossil fuels and trending off can happen successfully.

All of this and more was discussed during the interview.

The full interview with Boozman is on the "Around The Table" Facebook Page.
