A Harrison man has been arrested in connection to a domestic disturbance in Searcy County involving a man who had been beaten unconscious.
According to the Searcy County Sheriff’s Office, on Monday, deputies responded to a report of a domestic disturbance just outside of Pindall in the Everton community. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with two individuals. According to statements taken from others on the premise, a couple were guests and had been asked to leave by the homeowner prior to Monday.
31-year-old Randall Morrison and his companion arrived back at the residence that day which led to the incident where the homeowner was beaten until he lost consciousness.
Morrison was booked and is currently being held in the Searcy County Detention Center and faces charges of aggravated assault. Authorities state additional charges are possible. Morrison is currently awaiting an appearance in the Searcy County Circuit Court.
