The John Paul Hammerschmidt Men and Women of Distinction for 2021 have been announced.
The awards, coordinated annually by the Harrison Daily Times and presented by them and Arvest Bank, honor men and women in the region for their efforts to help the community through volunteer efforts.
Donna Braymer of the Harrison Daily Times, during an interview on KHOZ's Around the Table program on Wednesday, said that due to the recent upsurge of the COVID-19 Virus and Delta Variant, that the onsite ceremony was transitioned into a video presentation which can be seen on the Harrison Daily Times Website.
