Fred Woehl Talks Solid Waste Board Problem

Fred Woehl, a Justice of the Peace, talked on Tuesday about a Ozark Mountain Solid Waste Board problem.

Woehl appeared on KHOZ's "Around The Table" and said that he was asked by judge Robert Hathaway to join the board in 2017. He said the board issued "junk bonds" to bondholders. According to Woehl, a legislator at the time made the people of the counties who issued bonds "responsible for payment to the bondholders." Woehl stated that this individual is serving jail time, but he redirected back to the topic.

He said a lot of details are connected to the board and explained that two counties helped organize it.

The full interview with Woehl is available on the "Around The Table" Facebook Page.
