Arkansas Sen. Scott Flippo said Wednesday that the end of the fiscal year includes conversations centered around getting surplus money back to taxpayers' pockets.
Flippo said during KHOZ's "Around The Table" on Wednesday that while the U.S. is dealing with 40-year high inflation and a souring economy, the discussion is on finding the best way to get that money back to taxpayers.
He said while that money is going through the economy, printing money that isn't possessed contributes to inflation. He added that getting this money back to taxpayers won't fight inflation.
