Chamber of Commerce hosting Eggs & Issues Breakfast with Mayor at guest speaker.

According to a press release from the Harrison Regional Chamber of Commerce, Mayor Jerry Jackson will be the speaker at the first Eggs & Issues Breakfast of 2022. The program is presented by Butch May Contracting and will be held on Tuesday, February 8th, at 7:30 AM in the JPH Conference Center on the South Campus of North Arkansas College.

According to the release Jackson and city department heads will present their annual State of the City address to the community. The mayor said, “We are excited to present our 2022 State of the City to our citizens this year. There is so much going on, building new facilities to provide expanded services for our residents. 2021 was a banner year and 2022 will equal or exceed it. And working with other entities, our base of business continues to grow.”

Chamber President/CEO Bob Largent noted, “The collaboration the Chamber enjoys with the Mayor and the City is demonstrated by the environment we’re creating together to welcome new businesses locally. We’ve had several CEOs and owners tell us that our work together is something they have never experienced in a community before.”

Butch May and Josh Thomason of Butch May Contracting, said, “We are pleased to be part of Harrison’s growth and to present the February 8th Eggs & Issues Breakfast, providing a venue for the City to tell its story of growth and prosperity.”

Reservations are needed to plan for the meal and can be made at www.harrison-chamber.com or by calling the Chamber at 870-741-2659.
