Harrison city wide leaf pick-up starts this month. Find out when your ward is scheduled for pick-up!
According to a Facebook post from the City of Harrison the annual City Wide Leaf Pickup will begin November 29th (Monday after Thanksgiving) with the following schedule:
Ward 2 (Red) - November 29th to December 3rd
Ward 3 (Blue) - December 6th to December 10th
Ward 1 (Green) - December 13th to December 17th
Ward 4 (Yellow) - December 20th to December 23rd
Ward map is color coded with the above schedule:
Leaves should be raked to the curb (not in the street) no later than the day before your Ward begins. If you are unsure what ward you are in, you can call 741-3434 or check your voter registration at https://www.voterview.ar-nova.org/VoterView
Call 741-3434 if you have bagged leaves for pickup (plastic bags are not accepted). The Street Department will pick up bagged leaves on Thursdays & Fridays. You can also drop off bagged leaves at Orion Waste Solutions (805 Cottonwood Road).
Please do not rake or pile leaves in the street or gutter. Leaves should be raked to and piled at the edge your yard but NOT in the street. Also, please do not put limbs or brush in with the leaves. Thank you.
