A Boone County man arrested on theft charges last year has run into more legal issues.

45-year-old Larry Thompson of Harrison is facing multiple charges including felony counts of domestic battering, terroristic threatening and aggravated assault.

The latest charge stems from allegations of domestic battery against his significant other last December. According to the probable cause affidavit posted by KTLO, the Harrison Police Department responded to North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in reference to assault.

Upon arrival, officers made contact with the victim who stated at approximately 2 in the morning, Thompson kicked open her door, ran towards her and attacked her causing numerous injuries.

Thompson is currently being held in the Boone County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond. He is also ordered to have no contact with the victim.

Last year, Thompson was arrested and charged with theft of a motorcycle and also had other outstanding warrants.

More information on both stories can be found on the KTLO Website.
