The Boone County Sherriff Office sent a notification on Thursday regarding a known, level 3, sex offender in Boone County.
The offender’s name is Aaron Matthew Conrad. He is listed as being 5’10” tall, weighing 216 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. He has numerous tattoos on his arms, legs, back and chest.
His crimes are listed as second degree sexual assault, distributing or possessing sexually explicit material involving a child, sexual indecency with a child, and unlawful dissemination of child pornography.
According to court records Conrad’s crime happened in 2012 when he was 18 years old and he was convicted in 2013.
The Arkansas Crime Information Center (ACIC) lists a level 3 sex offender as typically having a history of repeat sexual offending, and/or strong antisocial, violent or predatory personality characteristics. These are individuals whose offense and criminal history require notification throughout the community.
Conrad lives on Horseshoe Bend Road in Lead Hill, Arkansas.
