AGFC "Women in the Wild" Workshop Series Continues Saturday

The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission is hosting a series of workshop classes with the third session scheduled for Saturday afternoon from 1 to 4 at the Fred Berry Crooked Creek Nature Center in Yellville.

The next class in the “From Hesitant to Hunting” series will cover gun use and safety, and participants will be given an opportunity to look at several different types of hunting guns. The goal of the class is to give non-hunters the chance to learn about guns, which type of gun to use for different hunting goals and how to remain safe while in the woods and carrying a gun.

To register, visit the Fred Berry Center Website agfc.com and click on the calendar to access the registration link, or go to www.register-ed.com and view upcoming events in the Arkansas Outdoor Skills Network section.

This workshop is free of charge.
