Bobby Gene "Bob" Cooper, 78, of Cassville, Missouri.

Bobby Gene "Bob" Cooper, age 78, of Cassville, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2024, at Roaring River Health and Rehab in Cassville, Missouri.

He was born on April 20, 1946, in Wheaton, Missouri, the son of Everett and Mattie (Haynes) Cooper. On May 15, 1965 in Wheaton, Missouri he was united in marriage to the love of his life, Darelyn Burns, who survives. Also surviving are his daughter, Melissa Garland and her husband Joe of Cassville, Missouri; four grandchildren, Brandon, Ben, Jody, and Brittany and four great-grandchildren.

Preceding him in death were his parents; a son, Bobby Cooper; one, brother, Don Cooper and five sisters, Zelma Francisco, Ina Lee Tucker, Maxine Brattin, Lavetta Stipp and Helen Riddle.

Bob grew up in Wheaton, Missouri where he graduated from Wheaton High School. He owned and operated Bob's Custom Cabinets in Wheaton for many years from where he retired. Bob served as a deacon at Solid Rock Southern Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting and diving, but most of all he loved his family. Bob will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at Solid Rock Southern Baptist Church in Wheaton, Missouri, under direction of McQueen Funeral Home in Wheaton. Pastor Scott Mitchell and Pastor Jerry Francisco will conduct the services. Burial will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Butterfield, Missouri.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 until service time Wednesday at Solid Rock Southern Baptist Church in Wheaton.
