The Branson Pirates had won four out of five games entering their Central Ozark Conference match-up with Ozark at Pirate Park Tuesday. The two pitchers, Elijah Seitz for Branson and Brady Dodd for Ozark, held the batters in check but the Tigers capitalized on three infield hits in one inning to get two of their three runs in a 3-0 win. The Pirates next game, a home contest with Carl Junction, and all Branson Activities that were scheduled for Thursday have now been moved to today due to the rain in the forecast for Thursday. That also includes the Tennis Match at Neosho and the Soccer Match at Carl Junction.
Elsewhere on games covered by MOARK Sports, it was a rough day for the Harrison Baseball Goblins as they dropped a doubleheader to Van Buren by scores of 13-0 and 23-3. While the games were closer, Van Buren also got a sweep of the Harrison Lady Goblins Softball team by scores 4-0 and 1-0.
Today's game on MOARK Sports will feature the Forsyth Softball Lady Panthers hosting Sparta in a contest at 4:30.
