Branson at Springfield Catholic Baseball
The Irish and Pirates had a pitching dual going through five and a half innings with the Irish holding a 1-0 lead before Branson committed a couple of errors and eventually pulled away for an 8-0 win. The Pirates next play at home Thursday in their Central Ozark Conference Opener against Nixa.
Greenwood at Harrison
The Goblins hosted both baseball and softball doubleheaders. The Baseball Goblins had a long day, losing to the visiting Bulldogs 15-0 and 13-3. Meanwhile, the Softball Lady Goblins also lost two to Greenwood 13-0 and 4-1.
