Arraignment is scheduled for Monday in the case of aa man from Searcy County charged for hitting a vehicle with his wife and her children inside.
32-Year-Old Jared Horton of Marshall is facing nearly a dozen charges of Aggravated Assault and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor for an incident in April in which Horton is accused of trying to ram a vehicle his wife was driving to try and prevent here from leaving. According to court documents, two children were in the vehicle which are not Horton's biological children though the victim is pregnant with a child with Horton.
Horton was released after posting a $15,000 Bond and is ordered not contact with the victim. His next court appearance is for arraignment on Monday.
