Massengale appeared on KHOZ's "Around The Table" to discuss the pet. Carlos is a cat up for adoption for $75. The cat is one-year-old.
Massengale stressed that humane societies can't take every animal. She also said that despite the price to fix pets, many people decline to do so for their pets.
She revealed that the Ozark Humane Society is running a special this month for all dogs and puppies. Adopting them requires $45.
