Newton County Purchases Ambulance to be Operated by NARMC

Newton County officials recently purchased an ambulance that will be operated by North Arkansas Regional Medical Center.

According to a post on the NARMC Facebook Page, the county purchased the ambulance using American Rescue Plan Act funds and is equipped with the latest technology helping with onsite care in emergency situations as well as advanced care in transit to the hospital. 

The ambulance will be operated by NARMC Personnel as part of their continued EMS Service for Newton County.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Newton County for its recent investment in the health and safety of its residents. With the purchase of a new ambulance using ARPA funds, the county has demonstrated its unwavering commitment to improving emergency medical services.

The new ambulance will provide NARMC EMS personnel with the latest medical technology, ensuring that they can provide advanced care both on-site and during transport to the hospital. This upgrade will undoubtedly have a significant impact on the quality of care provided to Newton County residents.
