A Harrison man is facing additional forgery charges after he cashes a stolen endorsed check.
According to the probable cause affidavit, the Harrison Police Department received a report of a stolen check.
The victim reported 39-year-old Brandon Youngblood cashed a check in the amount of $591.73 of hers at Equity Bank in Harrison. She stated she signed the check and had already deposited it online through mobile deposit, however Youngblood was able to obtain the physical check during a recent alleged burglary at her home. Youngblood signed his name below the victim’s and cashed it without her permission or knowledge.
Youngblood is charged with a felony count of forgery and is currently being held in the Boone County Detention Center.
