Harrison Police Chief Chris Graddy and Lieutenant Michael Toland talked Friday about recent training and more.
Graddy said during Friday's broadcast of "Around The Table" that crashes are up because of speeding. He said the Highway Safety Commission has put out speed enforcement measures to combat nationally high crash numbers. Shifting gears, Graddy discussed stops made during COVID-19.
He said they didn't want officers stopping people unless it was necessary, especially during the first year of the pandemic. Also, Graddy commented on the upcoming new City Hall.
