The public is asked for assistance in locating a missing teen.

Please be on the lookout for 16 year old BAYLEE BALLARD, may also be going by the names of Baylee Bradford or Chelsea Smith.

Last seen on county road 715 in berryville Arkansas around 10am on 5/27/2025.

Last seen wearing a black slip knot hoodie, gray shorts, and tan and white shoes. Blonde/brown hair, wears glasses, 4’11, 130lbs. Please call the Carroll County Sheriffs office central dispatch with any information (870)423-7373
