An update on the Boat Dock Fire on Norfork Lake Sunday night.

A total of approximately 26 boats and a dock were damaged in a fire at Tracy Ferry Marina on Norfork Lake. No injuries were reported from the fire.
According to Tracy Area Fire Chief Tom Bensman, fire personnel were dispatched around 9 Sunday evening to one of nine docks at the marina. Crews were on the scene for nearly 3 1/2 hours. Tracy Area was assisted on the scene by the Gamaliel, Salesville, Henderson, Mountain Home and Norfork fire departments, the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office, the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

BULL SHOALS LAKE, Ark. – A boat fire spread throughout a dock last night on Bull Shoals lake in Marion County Sunday night.
No serious injuries have been reported, but the dock was destroyed along with several boats.
The fire started around 9:00 p.m. at the Tracy Ferry Marina near Mountain Home.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
