A case involving the Shelter Insurance Company which involves a former and current local agent will go to trial.
According to a report by the Harrison Daily Times, A judge ruled this week that the complaint filed by Roger Earnest against his former employers may go to trial. Earnest filed the lawsuit against the company with also names current agent Matt McKinney.
The ruling this week by Circuit Judge Andrew Bailey denied Shelter’s motion to dismiss the suit, which in part claims that Shelter violated the Arkansas Franchise Practices Act.
