A public hearing to consider an extension of a contract with Orion Waste Solutions, the city of Harrison’s garbage and recycling service provider, is scheduled for Thursday, December 9th at 6:00 PM immediately followed by the regular monthly committee meetings of the Harrison City Council.
Other items on the agenda for the council committees include an update on the city’s finances, roof repair for the Jack Williams Veterans Resource Center, changes to the cities water and sewer rates as well as food truck permit ordinance and a opioid settlement resolution.
The meeting will occur at 6pm Thursday in the council chambers on the second floor of Harrison City Hall.
