The City is currently seeking an individual to serve on the Harrison Historic Commission.
Qualifications are as follows:
- Members must be a resident of Harrison and be registered to vote within the city limits.
- Members cannot hold a salaried or elected office with the City.
- Members shall demonstrate a positive interest in historic preservation, possessing interest or expertise in architecture, history, building rehabilitation, archeology, or preservation or conservation in general.
Generally speaking, we are looking for an individual with a background in history, archeology, architectural history, architecture, and architectural experience with historic structures.
