A Boone County man registered as a sex offender fails to report a change of address for work in a Missouri County and is arrested.

A Boone County man has been arrested after failure to register as a sex offender.
According to the probable cause affidavit, the Boone County Sheriff’s Office received an anonymous call from a person in Isabella, Missouri that 42-year-old Albert Wayne Struckle was staying with a female and her 13-year-old daughter in Ozark County.
Officials checked registration records to show Struckle was a level 3 registered sex offender in Arkansas and have been released from prison in February. Struckle registered his Harrison address with Boone County upon release.
During the investigation, officers made contact with Struckle’s brother where he told authorities he had not been at the home for “three to four weeks” and he was living in Theodosia to his knowledge.
The Ozark County Sheriff’s Office told officials Struckle arrived to their agency in mid February and stated he would be working their jurisdiction. Boone County officials told Ozark County they had not been notified he would be leaving Arkansas, nor working outside of the state.
Struckle is charged with a felony count of failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements. He has been released from the Boone County Detention Center on $3,500 bond.
