The Lakes Region is set for a rainy pattern over the next two days as scattered showers and thunderstorms will settle into the area.
While no severe weather is expected, some areas could receive brief periods of heavy rain as the storms move through.
Precipitation is expected to clear up by Friday beginning a hot period which could see the highest temperatures of the year. High temperatures are expected into the mid to upper 90s by the end of the weekend.
