A frontal system making its way towards the Ozarks will increase rain chances into the weekend.
According to the National Weather Service, the front will begin to fire up scattered showers and thunderstorms. While a general rain pattern is not expected the rest of the week, some severe storms with heavy rain are possible.
Rain chances will increase to above 60% for the weekend before rain moves out to begin next week.
