Kim Sullivan on Boone County Special Services

Kim Sullivan with Boone County Special Services talked about the organization on Monday.

Sullivan appeared on the Monday edition of KHOZ's "Around The Table" to discuss the organization; she said she has worked there for 24 years. Two programs are provided including an adult program and a work program. Sullivan said once students turn 18 and graduate, they can join the program. The classes in that program are centered around lifestyle.

"And then when they turn 25 they can go into our work program, and they earn money for peace work," Sullivan said. These programs are for students with disabilities.

The full interview with Sullivan is on the "Around The Table" Facebook Page.
